The tobaski tour in The Gambia is the hottest and greatest tour in the world.Since 2004 the tour has become the biggest in The Gambia.The initiators are the outtagermany crew compirising mainly of Gambian DJs residing in Germany namely King Ralph sound(Bremen),King Bai sound(Dusselfdorf),MC Diamond and Stone Circle sound(Dortmond)a new member since 2006. Our main aim which is to support Gambian artists,entertain and promote togetherness has been been very succesful during the past 4 years.Over the years we have been promoting our young and talented Gambian artists, giving them the opportunity to expose there talents during the tour.Artists who have benefited from it are Njie B,Mystic MC (Denmark),Singateh and Jah youth just to mention a few. In 2006 we included the dancehall queen competion in our programme with a budget of 10,000 for the winners which we increased to 20,000 plus a giant trophy in 2007.This event was rated to be the best ever in the history of dancing competition in The Gambia.Due to the success of the dancehall queen 2007,Cocoa cola (Gambega) sponsored a farewel party for the Outtagermany crew with a beach party and a dance at the Jokor Garden with the famous Chama Jeng.It was off the hook. Marking our 5th Anniversary this coming Tobaski tour, preparations are on high gear for an exclusive tour. We wll increase the budget for the dancehall queen competition plus a giant trophy and some extras. There is going to be a one day football tournament between Gambians abroad and at home which is aim at bringing our people together.The proceeds will be used for charity purpose.At the end of the tour, we will be organising an SOS weekend.
